(Still on Break)
Idea from "The Men Who Stare at Goats".
The other evening we watched a DVD of
"The Men
Who Stare at Goats", a humorous version of the actual Army/CIA
experiments in mind-reading, mind-control, telekinesis, and extra-sensory
perception that were carried out from the 50s through the 80s(?). The former
Soviet Union was also heavily engaged in similar experiments. There has never
been any real proof of success in any of the efforts.
The movie got its name from one alleged experiment where a test subject stared at a goat and willed the goat's heart to stop beating. In the movie, the subject felt bad, because, like most of us, he liked animals. So, if you want to try out telekinesis, here is a photo of a non-lovable lab animal. Stare at it and concentrate. Will its heart to stop beating. If you are successful, your country will be grateful.

Update 04/15/10: Come On People! Concentrate! Will it to stop beating!
