(CNSNews.com) – The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) says that as of Sunday, Sept. 5, it had caught-and-released 506,232 illegal aliens who are now fugitives. That is more than the population of Sacramento, California, which currently numbers 486,189.

Fugitive illegal aliens are individuals who were apprehended by ICE for being in the United States illegally and then were released ahead of their court proceedings and deemed fugitive when they failed to appear in court.

Why do you need a court appearance before you can throw out someone who doesn't belong here in the first place?

After you notice a trend of people disappearing while waiting for their court date, does it take another half million occurrences to validate the trend?

If you have no place to lock them up until their court date, couldn't you take them to the nearest "Sanctuary City" and handcuff them to a liberal?
