![]() The White House - 07/22/10 - Once again at Thursday's press briefing, for the fourth time this week, presidential press secretary Robert Gibbs neither commented on nor answered questions about the subject of the president and syphilis. Much interest has arisen on the topic since medical investigators presented the hypothesis that post-syphilitic brain syndrome could explain some of the bizarre actions and behaviors that the president has presented while in office. All of the presidents medical, educational, and other personal records are blocked from public view, so little is known of his past. The few people who might be expected to know something of his history are extremely close-mouthed on the subject and may not know the whole story themselves. At one time it was not even clear if the president preferred girls, but that was apparently cleared up, he likes them young, but the first wookie keeps him on a short leash.
As for presidential press secretary Robert Gibbs, we may never get anything out of this frustrating sonovabitch. Does his technique seem familiar to you? Do you recall another famous spokesman who dropped out of public view a few years ago, just before Robert Gibbs arrived on the scene?
