I really liked the righteous, blood-thirsty style of his writing, so I clicked on his name and learned that Jim Hanson, an editor at Big Peace, is also the blogger I know as Uncle Jimbo at the famous military blog BLACKFIVE.

I can't say whether Uncle Jimbo improved his writing style through any journalism classes or formal training, but he acquired the style the authentic way. He has served with the U.S.Army Special Forces.
