| The name of this website "And
Domestic" comes from the military officers' commissioning oath:
"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."
The same words appear in the military
enlistment oath, and in the oaths of office for every civilian
government official from the president down to the chief of police
in a 2 man department.
I began this website in early 2009
in outrage that certain government officials were not only
dishonoring their oath to support and defend the Constitution, but
were actively working against the Constitution and the people of the
United States of America.
My oath requires me to do
everything possible to resist and stop the domestic enemies of the
Constitution, including taking up arms if that becomes necessary,
even if it results in my death. Those who have died before me to
keep America free expect no less.

America At War: Internal and
External
By: Robert Rohlfing
America faces a crossroads at this moment in time as we face threats
internal and external. Many of these threats are obvious such as the
wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and many more fly under the radar for
the vast majority of people such as the invasion of our country
across our southern border. Recently we are witnessing a renewed
threat of hostilities on the Korean peninsula and the internal
threat of terrorism within our borders and strife and violence being
ginned up by radicals on the far left and far right. We have groups
in this country attempting to create division through class warfare
and racial apathy so that the divide and differences can be
exploited.
The heavy hand domestically to control the population and to “nudge”
peoples regard of individual freedoms and the liberties entrusted
within the Constitution has slowly begun to clamp down all in the
name of “safety”. It was once said by Benjamin Franklin,
“
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary
safety deserve neither liberty nor safety
.”
Today Americans are being forced to give up those essential
liberty’s at an alarming pace. We can cite things from the recent
TSA measures at the airports to the emergence of cameras on our
streets filming our day to day lives. Through Political Correctness
we have slowly given up our rights to voice grievances to things
that in the past might be considered common sense, and have slowly
allowed ourselves to be intimidated to the point that we question to
what extent we can voice those grievances.
Through these intimidation tactics Americans have been forced to
submit to the basic infringement of personal privacy and the basic
guarantees that the Constitution afforded such as; the protection
from invasion by those of a foreign country, freedom of the press to
report offences by local or federal officials, and the right to move
freely about without censure from the government to name but a few.
Over time we have slowly allowed ourselves to be conditioned to not
question the establishment or voice opposition to authority. Many
examples can be cited, one of these is the Patriot Act, when this
was first established some of the same people that stood in
opposition to this are now the same people that are the loudest
voices to enact further intrusions upon the Constitution and our
personal freedoms. Likewise the opposite hold true some of the same
people that were calling for this to be enacted are now those who
have realized giving up small pieces of freedom in the name of
safety only opens the doors to the free flow of further measures
that chips away at the essential liberties that we hold dear. The
same can be said that through the intimidation of political
correctness we are unable to address the true threats such as the
policy of open borders and terrorism from the hands of a well
defined enemy. Instead in the name of “safety” and political
correctness we have allowed those of power to slowly erode our
freedoms and move in the direction of totalitarian rule.
In the Constitution it states that those elected officials that we
allow limited authority to have, are first and foremost designated
to protecting our rights guaranteed within the Constitution and
threats from those who wish to cause harm and invasion both foreign
and domestic. Today this has been so bastardized through political
ideology that those who hold the reins of power have decided to
target not those who are invading this country or those who clearly
have declared war upon our population just because we exist, but to
instead target those that stand in opposition to the ideology and
agenda that they would like to bring forth. With this Presidents
consent the DOJ and DHS are the two driving forces behind this
assault on you the American citizen. Instead of addressing the clear
and present dangers that are obvious to the public at large, they
instead have targeted through broad based measures and specifically
targeted campaigns to making you the enemy instead of those who pose
the threat to this country.
Recently we have begun to witness these assaults with the DHS
attempting to persuade people that those who affiliate themselves
with the growing Tea Party Movement or those who point out that the
war and invasion by those across our southern border need to be
classified as possible domestic terrorists. We have the DOJ filing
lawsuits in the name of these invaders, and we have an
administration that instead of looking out for the rights of
American citizens are more concerned about the “rights” of those who
have invaded our country. We have a DOJ that instead of protecting
the rights of citizens in the one essential act of freedom to be
allowed to vote without intimidation, to instead protect the “right”
of those who clearly and documented attempted to establish the sense
of intimidation that those in totalitarian states deal with when
voting for representation. When you have an agency such as the DHS
targeting the public at large instead of centering in on the real
threats you have an agency that may have grown to large and to
powerful that they are allowed to “nudge” you into a false sense of
security at the expense of your rights guaranteed within the
Constitution. You have a sister agency protecting this agency in
these endeavors at the same time failing uphold the basic reason for
this agency to exist and that is to protect you the citizen.
As we face these many crossroads one might question that we are not
only faced with war from external threats, but also by threats
internally and that those threats are not only coming from the most
obvious but from those that we have entrusted with our security.
Many forces are at work in the background that are working to erode
our liberties and freedoms, from the emergence of the Socialists and
Labor Movement allied together with those groups that advocate on
behalf of those who wish to fundamentally transform this country
from an independent nation that protects its borders and the right
of citizens to address grievances upon their liberties. We have
elements of our government that fail to uphold the basic principles
that they are assigned to uphold, and in all of this we have a world
that is moving closer to the brink of all out war, with America at
the center with the largest target placed upon its back.
One has to question just how far we as citizens will allow for our
liberties and freedoms to be encroached upon and the fundamental
transformation in the name of “safety” that we allow internal
threats by those less obvious to trump those by the most obvious.
