The Census and What the Constitution Requires You to Answer
There has been a lot said and written about the census and the questions on the
form, particularly the privacy violating questions on the "long form" that some
randomly selected portion of the population receives. I do not recall if I've
already published a page about the census. This
article at Patriot's Corner should be considered
the last word on the subject, as it quotes the U.S. Constitution, which trumps
any lesser law, rule, regulation or requirement.
I intend to print a copy of the article in case I need to show it to some census taker before I tell him to get the hell off of my property before I get hostile.
